Experienced metal fabricator for a BUSY custom, hot rod and restoration shop that has been building these pre-80s vehicles for 30 years, not in the collision industry. We need an experienced sheet metal applicant that can lead. Must be experienced with mild steel, aluminum and an occasional stainless as well as bending, cutting and welding. Proficient with metal tools such as an English wheel, shrinker/stretcher and bead roll as well as TIG, MIG and gas welding on panels 16-20 ga. Custom sheet metal panel layout and shaping a plus. Pipe and tube bending and layout a plus. Mechanical skill with automotive a huge plus but not required.
